Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post without tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Canada Post express delivery (1 or 2 days delivery) with a tracking number provided, an additional cost will be applied.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns and exchanges

I you are returning tests for malfunctionning, please send us back the tests and new ones will be shipped to you as soon as we could confirm the tests were from a bad batch.

In every occasion, the shipping will not be paid back.

Test buyback

We buy back your unused ovulation and pregnancy tests at 85% of the purchase price after the 7 days return policy and up to 6 months before the expiry date.  Contact us to know the details and get a quote.

Lost package

Within Canada without tracking number

Orders without tracking numbers will not be reimbursed or resent if Canada Post looses you package since Canada Post does not guaranty delivery without a tracking number. Note that it could take up to 5 open days before you receive your order.

Within Canada with tracking number

After checkin on Canada Post's web site with your tracking number, if you did not get your package on the estimated date announced, please contact us with you order number so we can take mesures to pay you back or send the tests back tou you. Tests in bulk will need to contact Canada Post for a reclamation and we might need your colaboration.

Other country without tracking number

Orders without tracking numbers will not be reimbursed or resent if Canada Post looses you package since Canada Post does not guaranty delivery without a tracking number. Note that it could take up to 15 open days before you receive your order. It could also be held at Customs.
